Transportation & Delivery Terms

• Curbside Delivery Only: Items will be delivered to the curb or closest accessible point. Delivery personnel will not enter the home or assemble items.

• Non-Refundable Delivery Fees: All delivery charges are final and non-refundable.

• No Moving of Existing Furniture: Delivery personnel will not move or rearrange any existing furniture to place new items.

• Missed Delivery Appointments: Additional fees may apply for rescheduled or missed deliveries.

• Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect items at the time of delivery. Any damage must be reported immediately to the delivery team.

• Access Requirements: Customer is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access for delivery (e.g., driveway, hallway, elevators).

• No Removal of Old Furniture: Delivery service does not include removal of old furniture.
